Kamchatka Salmon Caviar is a species of red caviar obtained from salmon species of fish. The size of salmon roe reaches up to 4 mm. Kamchatka salmon caviar have a rich orange-red color and a very unique taste with a subtle note of bitterness. Salmon Caviar is considered a very nutritious and healthy delicacy, which includes minerals such as iron, calcium, zinc, phosphorus and chromium, as well as vitamins (A, B1, B2, E, C, PP). The habitat of Kamchatka salmon is East and West coast of Kamchatka.
