Shipping Policy

Caviar is a highly perishable product. To guarantee that every order arrives in perfect condition, all caviar orders are shipped via Express service only (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air). Non-perishable items such as accessories are shipped via standard ground service (1–5 business days).

Packaging

Every caviar order is carefully packed in an insulated foam shipping box with frozen gel ice packs. Our packaging is engineered to maintain safe temperatures for several days in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and properly refrigerate all perishable deliveries on the day of arrival.

Order Processing Time

Most orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are processed and shipped the same day. In rare cases, please allow up to two business days for processing. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please contact us in advance if you have specific delivery date requirements.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Fees will always be separately stated on your invoice. We reserve the right to pass along any additional carrier charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Signature Requirements

Orders $500.00 and under: Will ship without a signature requirement. If no one is present, the carrier may, at their discretion, leave the package unattended. Sensation Caviar is not responsible for lost or spoiled packages left unattended by the carrier. If you prefer signature confirmation, please contact us prior to placing your order (additional fee may apply).

Orders over $500.00: Will ship with signature required. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or spoiled packages left by the carrier when no one is available to sign.

Choice of Shipping Carrier

We ship via UPS or FedEx Priority Overnight. If you specify a preferred carrier when placing your order, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee use of a specific carrier and reserve the right to select the carrier that best ensures timely, safe delivery.

Orders with Different Billing and Shipping Addresses

For security purposes, new customers whose orders have different billing and shipping addresses may be contacted to verify order details. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled.

Delivery Delays

Sensation Caviar is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, high-volume holiday shipping periods, severe weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, any claims for delayed delivery should be directed to that carrier.

US Orders

We ship anywhere within the Continental United States. Additional fees apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us at cs@sensationcaviar.com prior to placing your order for a shipping quote to these destinations.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for all orders.

International Orders

We do not accept international orders and do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Risk of Loss and Title

All items purchased from Sensation Caviar are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This shipment term is F.O.B. Origin. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these shipment terms.
