Tobiko at home as been a delightful discovery for me. Sensation Caviar ships very quickly and all their products arrive fresh and well packed. The tobiko is bright, sweet and provides a satisfying crunch. I store one package in the fridge to eat over scramled eggs, which is an easy, delicious and cost effective way to have this superfood in my diet. The extra packages go into the freezer and defrost with perfect consistency. Highly recommend. Oh, as a bonus – this roe is harvested without harming the fish!
